可樂,富含二氧化碳和糖的神奇食物
在每個夏天犒賞著愛它的人們
甘甜的糖水,裹挾著冰爽的氣泡
在入口的一刻綻放
每一個味蕾都被挑逗起來
一瓶冰可樂,
到底是怎麼爽到每個毛孔的?
不喝可樂,能喝什麼?
先喝無糖的蘇打水、氣泡水
也能給人起泡的爽感
逐漸過渡到牛奶、茶水、白開水等
實在受不了可以喝無糖可樂
它不含糖,能量也低一些
但有研究證明
無糖可樂也會新增肥胖、糖尿病風險
不建議長期喝喲!
