公司地址：海南柳丁邁老城鎮高新技術產業示範區海南生態軟體園A17棟二層3001。此公司以銷售數位貨幣雲算力為由。在未取得合規合法金融牌照下，以高息誘惑，以比特幣礦機算力，乙太坊礦機算力等為由，非法吸收公眾存款，年化利率高達40%。2年來非法集資近百億。
